Deutsche Telekom is expanding its multi-orbit IoT roaming solution with Iridium as an additional LEO satellite partner. A practical example was demonstrated at Deutsche Telekom Satellite Day 2026. A Toyota vehicle sent a NESC-encoded voice message via Iridium’s satellite network to a simulated call center.

The year may be drawing to a close, but trade show season is carefully starting. Naturally, safety is always the first priority and so we happily supported all the creative digital formats show organizers came up with. Nevertheless, we are very excited to be able to meet in person again and look forward to CES 2022 in Las Vegas.
