Siegfried Fößel Appointed Head of Technology Study Program at HFF Munich

Dr. Siegfried Fößel, who leads the Moving Picture Technologies department at Fraunhofer IIS, has been appointed as the new head of the Technology study program at the University of Television and Film (HFF) Munich.
