<\/strong><strong>\u6d88\u606f\u4f20\u8f93\u89c4\u8303\u7684\u5fc5\u9009\u6280\u672f\u3002<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>RCS\uff08\u5bcc\u5a92\u4f53\u901a\u4fe1\u670d\u52a1\uff09\u901a\u8fc7\u5f15\u5165\u7fa4\u804a\u3001\u6587\u4ef6\u5171\u4eab\u548c\u804a\u5929\u673a\u5668\u4eba\u7b49\u529f\u80fd\u6765\u5b9e\u73b0 SMS \u77ed\u6d88\u606f\u4f20\u8f93\u7684\u73b0\u4ee3\u5316\u3002\u5b83\u65e8\u5728\u76f4\u63a5\u901a\u8fc7\u667a\u80fd\u624b\u673a\u4e0a\u7684\u672c\u673a\u6d88\u606f\u5e94\u7528\u7a0b\u5e8f\u4e3a\u7528\u6237\u63d0\u4f9b\u66f4\u5177\u4e92\u52a8\u6027\u548c\u5438\u5f15\u529b\u7684\u6d88\u606f\u4f53\u9a8c\u3002 GSMA\uff08GSM \u534f\u4f1a\uff09\u53d1\u5e03\u7684\u6700\u65b0UP 3.0\u89c4\u8303\u4e2d\u6dfb\u52a0\u4e86\u66f4\u5177\u5438\u5f15\u529b\u7684\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u5305\u62ec E2EE\uff08\u7aef\u5230\u7aef\u52a0\u5bc6\uff09\u548cxHE-AAC\u89e3\u7801\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u8fd9\u5c06\u4f7f\u7528\u6237\u5728\u672a\u6765\u53d1\u9001\u548c\u63a5\u6536\u97f3\u9891\u6d88\u606f\u65f6\u660e\u663e\u63d0\u5347\u8bed\u97f3\u6e05\u6670\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Fraunhofer IIS \u901a\u4fe1\u97f3\u9891\u90e8\u4e3b\u7ba1 Manfred Lutzky \u8868\u793a\uff1a\u201cGSMA RCS UP 3.0\u89c4\u8303\u4e2d\u91c7\u7528 xHE-AAC \u6807\u5fd7\u7740\u4e00\u4e2a\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u91cc\u7a0b\u7891\u3002\u672a\u6765\uff0c\u79fb\u52a8\u8fd0\u8425\u5546\u3001\u7535\u8bdd\u5236\u9020\u5546\u548c\u7528\u6237\u7b49\u90fd\u5c06\u53d7\u76ca\u4e8e\u8fd9\u79cd\u6700\u5148\u8fdb\u7684\u97f3\u9891\u7f16\u89e3\u7801\u5668\u6240\u5e26\u6765\u7684\u5927\u5e45\u6539\u8fdb\u7684\u97f3\u9891\u8d28\u91cf\u548c\u6269\u5c55\u529f\u80fd\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n<p>xHE-AAC \u73b0\u5df2\u539f\u751f\u652f\u6301\u4e8e\u6570\u5341\u4ebf\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u64ad\u653e\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec Microsoft Windows 11 \u4ee5\u53ca Amazon\u3001Apple \u548c Google \u7684\u64cd\u4f5c\u7cfb\u7edf\u3002 Audible\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u670d\u52a1\u63d0\u4f9b\u5546\u6bcf\u6708\u63d0\u4f9b\u6570\u5341\u4ebf\u5c0f\u65f6\u7684 xHE-AAC
